hi
I want to give a customer $2.79 discount -- or adjust lower shipping fee-- any option would be good to make the new invoice.
How to do it?
When I change the shipping charge, it doesn't work. (clicking .recalculate always give same result, without any change). Same when I add a discount, but maybe I don't do this one right.
Please
any help welcome fast.
thank you!

You are not the first to be stymied by the "recalculate" button (which really means return to the original amounts).
Here's another "trick" to eBay's invoice system, if you "preview" you must click the send link on the preview page. if you go back to the regular view any changes you made are wiped out.

Well, this has solved a long-standing riddle and annoyance for me. Gee, I always assumed "recalculate" meant "recalculate", even though it never has worked properly on eBay invoices...and I thought it was something I was doing wrong! 😐
