Promoted Listings Dashboard is empty

I use Promoted Listings extensively and regularly check the dashboard for status. In the last week, the dashboard appears with no data loaded. Titles appear but content is missing.

I've tried the page from both Chrome and MS Explorer browsers, same result.

Is anyone else seeing this?

I've been tying to promote 200 listings since yesterday morning.

The page is empty and the 'Create a new campaign' button is dead.

I've been away for a week, so I've no idea if the issue existed prior to yesterday.

Yes, over a week now. Glad I'm not alone, but surely they could fix this sooner.

Hi everyone - thanks for letting me know what you've run into. There's currently an open ticket with our tech team to look into this. I've added everyone here who's said they are impacted. 

From a cursory view it appears to be a 'cosmetic' issue: your promoted listing campaigns are still active and running, but the analytics portion of the dashboard isn't updating. Hoping to see this resolved quickly!

Apparently, for going on 2 weeks.

... "and the 'Create a new campaign' button is dead".

I'd really like to add to and edit my existing promotional campaign.

Also waiting months for the promo addition to the create new listing page to function:

Quite unfortunate, given all the hype.

You can still add new promotions by using the drop-down menu next to the newly-added  listing.

Don't see it, but I guess that would be handy for some

Been there, done that with 6 campaigns.

I prefer to edit the one campaign I already have.

All's good to go now.
