Do a search on the internet, and
search for compound bow laws Canada.
I have seen compound bows sold at a local auction.... No special license is required.
The critical factor here is that the compound bow is a weapon....
One should note that the definition of a weapon changes with time... with reference to compound bows, crossbows, paint ball guns, and more. The rules with respect to paintball guns has changed, and so might the rules about bows....
Check customs, US and Canada on the internet... and then telephone

Selling internationally is best not done... US laws vary among states..... and trying to meet all regulations could be difficult
Selling on eBay.com by US sellers appears to work.. It is the crossing of the border and getting through customs that could be difficult.
Sell within Canada at a good price and things should work out.
However, do check everything that can derail the sale, before you sell.

Your biggest problem is going to be the cost of shipping one from canada to somewhere else. I highly doubt there is any issue with mailing one to the us or most places. There is no regulation on them, anyone can buy one
