Shipping Policy Problems

I changed my shipping policy recently and I'm having some problems. Should my shipping destinations show Canada with my postal code?

I buyer pointed out that I didn't have USA as a shipping destination. I think I fixed that. It shows USA with out the postal code next to it.

Do I have it set up correctly? Here is what it shows when I click on "details" next to shipping. Thanks.

I tried a couple of your listings, changed to a US destination for shipping, and both showed OK.

Maybe it's a problem with a particular listing? Or the buyer is outside continental USA?
