I have come across this problem before but did not describe it well in a previous post.
It may be a moot point as I am not sure how many people actually come to my store via the store page, but mostly by searches for items which would take them directly to the listing.
First 2 images are from the store page - calculator does not work.
Second image is in the listing and the calculator works fine.

So does that mean yes, the preferences are currently set up correctly in your listings? Regardless that it worked earlier, preferences do get changed and we don’t always realize that they have.

Yes they are set up as they should be. Ebay has no idea why this is happening.

Ok, Thanks for replying.
I realize that you have been mentioning the problem to eBay for a long time but because it is not a widespread system problem I have little confidence that they have looked into it at all. Customer service is notorious for telling us what we want to hear when it comes to system problems and I’ve often seen cases of where the problem is caused by the users settings even though cs had told the seller that it was a problem they were working on. That’s why I always ask questions about a users settings...especially when the problem is not happening to everyone. In some cases it isn’t settings related but I figure that it is better to check that first..it’s not personal.

Yes, it is in the midst of being rolled out on .com right now ... I'm not sure when this new redesigned mobile friendly version is coming to Canada. Since I no longer have a store I've heard nothing regarding when it is expected to be unleashed on unsuspecting Canadians.

For some Canadian sellers they may not even be aware that this issue is affecting them. According to Raphael it may be close to being resolved. Fingers crossed. Just no idea how much business we have lost from it due to a know issue that was first discovered almost 7 months ago.
