So I'm trying to add the Royal Canadian Mint as a manufacturer for an item I'm selling and it's giving me "Manufacturer not found". It's the manufacturer of the product and I double checked the address on Google, so why is not not allowing me to add this information?
I'm presuming Stallion will try DDP at the end of the month when de minimis goes away so I thought I'd add some products to the inventory and start getting ready for that.
Anyone have any success with that? If I can't verify the manufactuer it won't allow me to use DDP.

Is the item something other than a Canadian coin?
No, I listed it (for customs description) "coin, base metal" 7118100000, COO Canada.
I thought I'd try listing something easy to see how this works and then worry about all the weird things I have where I have to figure out where they were made.

No it's a Canadian coin, I described it as "coin, base metal" using tariff code 7118100000 with the COO of Canada.
I decided to try listing something easy before tackling all the items that I would have to figure out where they're made.

Have you also tried the Winnipeg address?
520 Lagimodiere Blvd, R2J 3E7
I've replied three times already to say it's a Canadian coin, but the messages keep disappearing.
I tried this address and it doesn't like that either.

Hmm. 🤔
For 💩 and 🤭, have you tried « Monnaie royale canadienne »?
No, but I did open a ticket with Stallion to which they replied without adding any words in the response. It's not very helpful.
I'm thinking that I'm missing a step (like they need to know who the suppliers are before they can verify my products coming from there). I tried other suppliers and none can be verified. There was a time in February where they wanted everyone's invoices for what they sell, I provided a list of inventory with a letter from my supplier (who is not a manufacturer) and then the information wasn't needed anymore and they never asked for it again. Perhaps they need the invoice and record that on their end to verify what I put in.

I have an update.
I tried another manufacturer in another country (I picked Thomas de la Rue who makes a lot of the banknotes I sell in the UK).
It did validate the manufacturer, so far so good.
Then Stallion charged me 46 cents to do an inquiry onto DDP status for me to put items in shipments with DDP. It came back ineligible for DDP.
That's a banknote (with the banknote HTS code). If I can find a Mint that works I'll try that, and perhaps an agency that issues postage for my stamps. I have a feeling that the kind of items i sell are generally not eligible for DDP for whatever reason and I'm SOL with using DDP when the tariffs kick in.
Stallion also did reply to my ticket today to tell me the DEV team is going to investigate why the RCM is not coming back as a valid manufacturer.
