Hi. Has anyone else noticed this? This past week the template form won't allow me to edit a listing template or copy it and create a new one or even start from scratch. When I hit save I just get a spinner and gray screen.
I haven't used up the 50 allowed templates. I've tried it on two separate computers.
This morning I once again decided to try and edit a template, the changes I made saved normally. Naturally I hoped the now long running template saving problem had been fixed but apparently this is not the case. This evening the system is up to it's old tricks once again.
tyler@ebay Are the tech people working on a fix? Haven't been able to work with our templates for at least 2 weeks now.
Thanks for the update. I had the exact same frustrating experience and took a break. I have new categories to list and will be trying again today in books, media, toys, Christmas items. They're all easy listers so last years templates should be OK.
