Currently have a dozen uncharged labels and was just doubled charged for two labels. They refuse to refund me for the overcharged labels telling me to contact canada post to get my money back. What the u know what is going on here. This is a complete disaster in the back ground. Waiting for hundreds of dollars worth of labels to be charged and now been double charged for labels they feel they are under no obligation to refund that money to us???

Re: The uncharged label situation. It's the gift that keeps on giving. I have 2 from 10 days ago unbilled but have been delivered. Several more created over 2 days ago MIA. A couple in the middle billed. So the pattern is basically there is no pattern as to when they get charged through.
As a side I had a never scanned shipment over 2 months ago where the item was eventually delivered. (Created scan and delivery scan. Nothing showing anything about customs.) Attempted a claim but there was never any actual follow up. From past experience when dealing with CP in that kind of situation I would get a confirmation advising item was delivered and file had been closed. Easy peasy. With eBay labels it is entirely up to you to followup.
