After scanning my stamp picture , I can resize with software. but when I save it and want to place it in my listing, it reverts back to original size.

Have Windows 10, and have used Paint for 2003. tried other software but same problem crops up, pardon the pun. worked well with my HP printer, but now use an Epson, a cheapie at $49.00

any and all advise appreciated.

Are you increasing the size of the original image or reducing it?

What size is it reverting to? And where are you placing the image (in the description or a regular image upload)?
