Has anyone been capable of actually using eBay Bucks?

The tick box appears in the invoice, I click it, the screen blinks, no bucks applied.

I was able to apply my ebay bucks to a purchase made on ebay.ca (from a US seller) without problems, I clicked the box and the discount showed up on the upper right side of the invoice before I made my payment, attached screen shot is my order details completed ...

The listing has to be on ebay.CA or eBay.COM

Must not be for items in certain categories.

My last ebay Bucks coupon was for 11 cents. I doubt I will use it.
