I need to contact Ebay I have an issue with old listings that dont show up to open a case. Its been a while and I still cant fix this. Can anyone please direct me to the magic secret that is actually contacting ebay support!

If eBay has hidden the translation as being too old you can find it on PayPal for years
PayPal allows 180daysfrom payment for dispute
eBay 30 days from delivery or last estimated date for delivery

Have you tried going directly to the resolution center to open your case rather than through your purchase history?
