I have a defective product, seller wants a photo. How do I send one?

You should be able to attach a picture to the ebay message but if you are having problems with that, send the picture through email. Their email address will be in the email that you received from Paypal after you paid the seller. You can also go to your Paypal account and go into that transaction to see the seller's email address.
