Not only are postal and courier services dealing with many workers off sick or taking urgent personal leave, but shipping levels are up three to six times higher than the average Christmas rush, when the PO normally hires temp workers.
In normal times, it's been my experience with over 30 years in mail order,that delivery within North America takes around 20 days (30 days from overseas by Air Mail, up to six months by Surface).
Usually a bit faster, but 20/30 is nothing to worry about in ordinary times.
I have an Expedited parcel mailed on June 5 which has yet to arrive, BC to ON.
EBay gave you a window for delivery. If the purchase has not arrived by the time the last date passes, you have another 30 days to open a Dispute.
Let your seller know the problem, but don't do anything until that date passes.
Do NOT accept an offer of a replacement. It won't arrive either and may mess up your ability to Dispute.
