I emailed eBay to follow up with my case last week but they never replied.
I sent another email yesterday but still no email yet they are replying to my another account linked to a different email.
Has anyone experienced this or does anyone know how to escalate it? it's very annoying

I've experienced ebay doing the impossible to avoid receiving messages from users.
But the messages I somehow managed to file through did get answered. Mind you, the very selective answers they gave me never helped solve any of my issues.

Are you looking to get a refund on a purchase that was not received or a product that was not as described?
Is there a reason you are going to Customer Service instead of opening a Dispute in the Resolution Centre?
Youhave only 30 days from (the last estimated date for) delivery to open a Not Received or Not As Described dispute.
If you missed that deadline, eBay will not help you, but you have 180 days from payment for a Claim with Paypal.

When eBay messaging vs calling was first turned on, responses were relatively quick. Not alway completely answering a question but that's something eBay always has been excellent at. As of late for getting a response, mostly crickets after submitting a question.
