I got Receipt for my PayPal payment for my item and below it says-
180 days from the date of the transaction to open a dispute in the Resolution Center.
Does that mean if I don't receive item in the mail or not satisfied with item (if don't work, if not same as described etc.)
I have 180 days to make a dispute ?
Has this been recently increase from 45 days to 180 days ?
I thought before it was 45 days ?
Thanks

Yes,you have 180 days to make a claim through Paypal.
It changed from 45 days to 180 days in January.
