for anyone who uses ups, what's their overall service like? can you print via paypal postage slips the same way you can with canada post? breakage rate? timely delivery? also, do they include free packing supplies?
and finally, if i don't qualify for a discount, is there any discount at all even for just becoming a member/shipping at SOME level/free packing supplies??
i would love to hear any thoughts of ups users...

If you are unsatisfied with their insurance payment, which I am sure you will be - you can always send them an invoice for the balance and keep invoicing them and applying the interest and then file a small claims to collect your money - that will get the attention of their finance department -- we did the same and they never showed up in court and we automatically won our case and they were forced to pay -- we also reported a complaint against them with our local BBB (They hated that) and also local Chamber of Commerce.
If more people do this then upper management will take notice (somewhat) and hopefully make some changes.
Anyways, good luck to you.

i think in the end, the results/satisfaction all depends on what you send...content...dimensions, weight and destination, i know that a very large frame/print is cheaper with fedex than cp, and arrives much quicker.
i couldn't imagine a company worse than cp, but after reading this thread, i'm starting to wonder...

I'm not sure if you have seen the announcement but UPS has just come out with a 6 month, flat rate shipping promotion on shipments to the U.S. For sellers, this means savings up to 45% off UPS's published rates.
For more information, please visit http://www2.ebay.com/aw/ca/200704.shtml#2007-04-04075705.

Lilybean

$13 Shipments up to 5 pounds
$17 Shipments from 5.1 to 10 pounds
does absolutely nothing for me as my average package is 20-40 pounds. Any idea why they capped the weight off at 10 lbs?

Hey Lilybean
