I was hanging around on the Paypal discussion boards. Boy am I glad PP started those!
What a pathetic bunch of nitwits, who cannot spot a fraud with more red flags than Tienamen Square on May Day.
And every one wants Paypal to pay them because they sent money and goods to obvious scammers. Apparently because the scammers make silly claims about what PP demands before releasing payments. (Delivery Confirmation of parcels and all duties as the parcel enters Nigeria for example).
The spelling is bad too.
