I got another one of those pdfs with only the lines showing up.
anyone else having problems with the online tools today?
(please, I REALLY don't care to be told once again about how superior the desktop version, it doesn't work on Macs)

I got that a few times. Eventually tried using IE and it seemed to work.
Would they have doublecharged the CC if that happened, and you had hit OK? 😞

yes they charge for every time you hit ok..best not to hit ok till you can see the adress perfectly in the background...call customer service and thye will give you a credit imediatly...it is working now...techinician told me after days of not being able to figure out the issue they tried turning the server off and on and now it works
