Anyone in Canada having trouble getting the migration tool to work ?

I can't get the migration tool to select all my listings to convert to Canadian pricing.  Anyone else having trouble with it ?

I am having a problem with proper conversion.. the issue is that the tool is NOT working properly. So I learned that is a few days there will be more updates with ways of cancelling the conversions . But i do not know at what state it can be done..watch announcements and threads for info on the changes coming...
