Apparently my shipping calculator isn't working. From Canada, how do I fix?

Hi,

I'm from Canada and apparently my shipping calculator isn't working. It appears fine from my end but members have informed me that it's not working. Does anyone know how to fix this?

When I check your listings using my Canadian address as a buyer, everything works fine.

However, when using a US address, it does not work.

The problem is in the shipping section of your listings.

You need to take another look at how you selected to ship to the USA (type of service and weight/measurements)

The real question is do you need calculated shipping to the USA or could you use fixed shipping rate?

Your listing 131644996757 works fine for USA shipping while others do not.

Take a look at that listing and compare to all others.

If you are using expedited USA for the shipping costs to the US, the problem is probably that the dimensions you are entering for that service are too small.  Read the following thread for more info especially post 6.

I don't see an international shipping cost on some of the listings either. What internatonal postal service and what measurements do you have listed for item 131647112736?
