Forums issue
If a topic has unread replies, I click on the topic and am brought down to the latest unread reply.
If I use the links at the bottom or top of a reply called "Previous Topic" or "Next Topic", if the topic has unread replies, it brings me to the first post in the topic, not the first unread reply. It should be the first unread reply if it exists.
Another question on the next topic link. What is the criteria for determining what is next? I would like it to bring me to the next unread topic but it seems to bring me to read or unread topics. So the next topic feature appears useless to chain through unread topics.
Hi pocomocomputing,
Thanks for bringing this up. I will pass this on to Lithium.
Thanks,
Ryanne

Back to the 2014 Fall Update for a moment, your post #74 last week cleared most of my confusion on the eBay Money Back Guarantee (MBG) program.
You confirmed that if the item is purchased on eBay.com, the seller is responsible to pay return shipping should eBay conclude that the items is Significantly Not As Described (SNAD) and should be returned to the seller for full refund.
OK - that finally made sense to me...... until I took a look at what buyers are told by eBay:
http://pages.ebay.com/ebay-money-back-guarantee/
What does eBay Money Back Guarantee cover?
......
Please note that, if return shipping is not payable by the seller in accordance with their return policy, the costs of returning the item are your responsibility.
Now, I am confused again. Is this a loophole where sellers have to show they do not pay the cost of postage for returns and this will override the eBay policy of having sellers pay return postage. Or am I missing something (again).
No loophole. I don't see the full context from what you copied here, but I'm sure this is about remorse returns and not INAD.

"in order to get their Top Rated Plus seal when looking at their items on eBay.com."
I always understood that. That is why the message from eBay.com was so confusing as it stated rewards ("TRS+ seal) not applicable to me.
