Buyer Trying to scam me

hello i sold an item on ebay to a buyer which is now trying to pull off another item (for example. sunglasses) that are completely different from the one's he bought from me, how should i report this.

Hi niky ..how is the buyer trying to scam you. Has he filed an item not as described dispute.

no he's trying to say that the item was damage upon arrival, when it was in spectacular condition when i shipped it, he sent pictures of a simular item but the item is of a different color, and to my understanding he's trying to get his money back

Is it your item ended july 27. If paid promptly, the buyer has missed the deadline to file a dispute with PayPal.

Looking at the canadian profile there is no indication that he/she is a difficult buyer.

Could pull contact info and call to discuss..advanced search ..find contact information.

He cannot open a SNAD case, but he can still leave feedback.

Phone him and politely tell him you think he has contacted the wrong seller, since the damaged glasses are not the ones that you sold.
