Buyers can't purchase the item I have on eBay

I have an auction item with a BIN option on eBay.  Last night, a potential buyer messaged me with a problem.  When she clicked on "BIN" and tried to pay, eBay gave her "One or more of the items below can't be purchased because the seller has not specified shipping costs to the location selected".  A second person emailed me this morning with the same problem.  

I have set up this item shipping to USA & Canada.  When I used listing preview the shipping cost showed "contact seller for information" but now my listing shows shipping $10.46 and shipped to Americas.  I have no idea what I did wrong.  Please help.

I do not see a shipping service and cost specific to the USA.

When you check your listing (use the "revise" function) what do you see for USA?

I noticed the same problem with many of your listings.  They show shipping "worldwide" but do not provide a shipping service and shipping cost to the USA.

There are three areas for international shipping.  The first one I chose "cost varies by buyers location".  The second one I chose N. & S. Americas & United States without selecting a service.  Then the third area I chose "ship to Canada & United States".  

Now, I have added "Canada Post Expedited Parcel - USA" to the service for US shipping but the shipping cost still showed $10.46.  Any idea how to fix this?  Thanks in advance!

That was the problem.

When listing on eBay.ca,

the first option of course is shipping to Canada (using Canada Post service relative to the item)

the second option should be for the USA only (not "Americas"), selecting a specific service and cost for the USA (if you use fixed shipping charge, not charges calculated by the system)

the third option should cover the other countries you want to ship to, selecting a specific service and cost relative to the item.

When listing on eBay.ca, a seller wishing to ship to the USA MUST show a shipping service and shipping charge to the USA or the item will  not show on eBay.com and buyers will experience that famous "Shipping cost cannot be calculated. Please enter a valid Postal Code."
