Can I add info to "You sent a return request"?

I made a purchase that was described incorrectly, so I filled out a "return request" after submitting it, I would like to ad more information to it. Is this possible?

I'm sorry I don't know if it is possible to add more info. If you go into the return, you should be able to tell. You may be able to get there through the resolution center.

Yes, that is the current policy. If this is an item that you purchased from China, I don't know how the return shipping will work. There is no way for a seller there to print a return shipping label for you and it is unlikely that they are going to pay $50+ to pay shipping to send an item to China with delivery confirmation.  Technically,  the seller pays return shipping for items not as described rule is for all transactions including international ones but I don't know how ebay is handling that now. The only way to really find out is by waiting for the seller to respond and then go from there.

Thank you for the reply, I wasn't able to find a way in the return or resolution center.

The item is from China and the seller did agree to pay return shipping. I did send a quote and link in our messages of the return policy. They asked for some shipping quotes so I sent them today $82.77- 10 business days or $54.30- 60 day shipping. I also wrote if they decided to go with the 60 day shipping I would request a full refund prior to shipping.  

 Communication with with the seller has been good, I will give 100% positive feed if everything goes good and they don't try backing out of the shipping. They did agree before knowing the cost
