I want to change the shipping on my invoice from international priority shipping to first class international shipping. How can I when I can't get a hold of them (GSP) & the seller has no control.

Sorry, a buyer cannot change what is shown in the listing.

Eirther the buyer accepts the terms and associated charges and fees or a buyer hits the back button and buys from someone else.

All GSP listings show International Priority which is a generic term, it isn't a specific service in this case.

You won't be able to change the method of shipping, they choose whatever works best for them, based on your location.

You could talk to the seller about cancelling the transaction, then you can agree to the cancellation, then the seller relists to Buy it Now with FCI, and you purchase again, quickly. The seller will get back their fees on the cancelled transaction.
