Can I sell on ebay without putting a Paypal Account?

Do I need to put a Paypal Account to be able to sell on ebay even though, if ever I sell, I only want "Pay Upon Pickup" as a payment method?

I don't have Paypal account or bank account, btw.

Hello 'al-may',  

What 'nairb' says is true, you really ought to try that other site for local pick-up sales.  Truth is, when most people are looking for something to get in their area, that's where they go.  That, and newspaper (or online) classifieds.

By all means, sign up and sell on ebay if you want to, - you might find you have lots of little things you would like to sell too.  Ebay is more of a 'mail order' place, though, so depending what you are selling, you may do better with local venues.  Still, if you're cleaning out all the clutter in Granny's old brownstone, - this is the place.
