After 6 months of waiting, back and forth email and request, they finally sent me a credit memo for $107.30 to cover the cost of a lost small packet air parcel ($100 insurance plus 7.30 postage).
Today i found out that not only it was never deposited into my account, it was actually reversed because they claimed the package was finally delivered.
Yes the package was finally delivered because i sent the customer a replacment via xpresspost.
Did they ever sent me an email or snail mail about this, NO! The just reversed it without any notification, consultation or communications.
All those bad apples are really making Canada Post look bad. When was the last time you look that your credit was actually applied? I think Canada Post has a serious credibitily issue here.
