Customer claiming "Not as Described" in order to receive a refund

Has anyone ever had a customer claim - "Not as Described" just to get a refund?  When in fact it was EXACTLY as described?  How did it turn out for you?  How do you prove it with EBay?

I have caught this particular customer in 3 lies and I have reported him - twice.  Has an opened case that I am to "resolve befor Dec. 14".

I feel I should not have to refund a customer for an item he bid on that was exactly as described - oh the kicker....he left glowing positive feedback on the item itself after he received it! Seriously?? What shall I do?

Tell him to return the item for a full refund.

When he complains tell him to return the item for a full refund.

Do not refund until he returns the item for a full refund.

You are not required to refund without a return of the item.

Stop fighting. Win by telling him to return the item for a full refund.
