Hi, I have ordered 2 items on May 18 , but did not receive even after estimated date(July 3). Then i choose the replacement option and ordered 3 items. Another month has passed , but still i did not get it. I have my doubt. Please tell me what can i do now.

Seller provided tracking number? He his from China?

For the first 2 items you could have opened an Item-Not-Received case on eBay for the 30 days starting July 4.

Today is probably one day too late, but you can check to see if you can still do an INR case before today is over (eBay measures the deadline times to the minute (so if you paid at noon you'd have to noon).

If you paid via PayPal you have 180 days from May 18 to make an INR claim on paypal.

If the Estimated Delivery Date has passed, go to Paypal and open Items Not Received cases.

DO NOT accept offers of a replacement! That is often, although not always, merely a stall tactic.

The only time you should consider accepting a replacement offer is if the seller is someone you already know and have done satisfactory business with in the past AND the item can be sent with tracking for receipt whin the next 10 business days. All three of those conditions should be met before you even consider a replacement for an item not received.
