I'm confused!

Last Month (October)
0% Powerseller FVF discount (dinged badly on one dsr, I had a 4.5 on snapshot day)
20% TRS discount received

This Month (November)
5% Powerseller FVF discount (better numbers but not enough for 15 or 20%)
0% TRS discount received (I'm still TRS and have been continuously since before Oct. 20th

Seems odd, the month I get no Powerseller discount I get 20% TRS discount but the next month my 5% Powerseller discount trumps my TRS status.

Or is there something I'm missing?

One consideration is that eBay has not sorted out the relationships for Canadian sellers... and there may be some glitches...

Dec 15 invoice, no change, still shows as no discount given on my dashboard but the 20% discount was applied to the invoice, where it counts. Same as it ever was.

There are two different discounts given by eBay, depending where you list.

For listings on eBay.com, I get 20% TRS discount

For listings on eBay.ca, I get 20% PowerSeller discount

I just got my December invoice - my dashboard shows a 15% discount.

Snoopwiz, let us know if they fix. I've had the same problem for my last 2 invoices but haven't called them since the discounts were applied, as you said, where it counts.

Jan 17, Dashboard now showing applicable discount. The fix happened. And only took about 6 weeks. 🙂

yup and a few other minor cosmetic changes as well (update dates etc.)

Hmmm well now I show as 0% discount (although the odd time the 20% shows), although I am hopeful like others have experienced the 205 (or whatever) will still be applied. I meet all the criteria, as far as I can see and have all along. Time will tell, I'm going to wait to call them until after the month end, I don't want to spend an hour on the phone over a glitch that they won't be able to explain anyway.

Your listings on .com do show the TRS logo.

Have you checked your last invoice to see if the discount was granted?

Hi! Yes I got it last month, I noticed that it changed on about the 20th which is when they recalculate. If looks like it is referencing the past if so all is well although I'm still worried about what happens this monthend...if I look in the dashboard everything shows ok except the icons regarding the discount, ie everything I see says I still have it except the icons. Looks like it is just a glitch.

Update. The system was seemingly fixed last month. Showed my discount in my Dashboard and reflected in my invoice. Well, that lasted one month. Now its back to showing no discount earned in my dashboard but it does indeed show the earned discount on my invoice.
