If purchasing an item valued at over 20$ DOMESTICALLY, is there some kind of fee or tax Canada Post will charge you @ your door? I once read on one of their sites that over 20$ items charge a fee, but that was for imports.
So if I buy an item (a video game specifically) valued @ 60$ from Canada (I live there) is there some type of other fee ill have to pay? Thanks.

No
Not so long as the seller put the correct amount of postage on.

You are thinking of the service charge Canada Post charges when we import items valued over $20. In those cases the service fee is added to the HST/GST applicable plus any duty on the imported item.
But within Canada, the postage stamps pay the whole amount due.
