Free Listing Doesn't Sell, Does This Still Count as 1 of my Free 50 Listings?

Just wondering as I am learning how to sell on eBay. For the first 50 free listings, if one doesn't sell would it still count as 1 of my free 50 used up?

you get 50 free listings,doesnt matter if they sell or not,in 50 free listings i usually sell 5.
