I do, Russia is a high theft and fraud area. You must get insurance and tracking on your item. I would suggest signature if it is a high value item. Only ship to the confirmed Paypal address to cover yourself as well!
Thank you for confirming my suspicions. I just had a buyer who never responded to my request for shipping information and never did. He did pay but there was no further communication. I suspect the parcel would have been reported as "lost" and my loss.
