No, I just have the full amount invoice for January. The last evaluation for my rebate is 31/12/2009.

NO, the rebate is usually credited to sellers with a last of the month billing cycle on the first of the month in mid or late afternoon.

While the invoice does not appear for several days, sellers can check the rebate by checking their seller account.

I have seen nothing yet and I as I mentioned in a different thread am already worried as my stuff shows that I got no discount (even though everything else says I did). Anyway I too am watching, must be a problem in running the stuff, I noticed that under the statements tab it doesn't show the in progress thing for January that it normally would, doesn't show anything at this point.

Oops hit send too soon. Based on my fees it does not look like any discounts were removed. Will be watching closely!

I did, I had to go and click on January's invoice:

This was on the top "Original PowerSeller discount applied 1/1 - 1/15; New PowerSeller or Top-rated seller discount applied 1/16 - 1/31."

Me too, I'm surprised it didn't happen last night. I only sell on .COM and everything is in US$ I wonder if it matters what site(s) you sell on and funding source or something, tis a bit strange!

My CA$ invoice is ready but not my US$. And guess on which I am suppose to have the rebate... Yes the US$. So I am still waiting.

For those that haven't received your Powerseller/TRS discount look at the top of your Seller Account page, ours reads:

There will be a delay of 24 hours or more in updating your fee and account balance.

This has been at the top of the page since Feb. 1st... still waiting to get that discount.

That message was there on Monday (Feb 1) as usual for the first of the month.

By yesterday (Feb 2) the message was gone

Now Feb 3, no message, no rebate.

I am puzzled by the fact there is no mention of delays on the .com boards - these guys usually scream if there is a delay.

Could the problem by felt by Canadian sellers only?

I had that 24 hr notice also, but now I just checked and everything is fine. My January invoice is in and all discounts are appropriately applied.

I got the same note in red as #6 stated.

I wasn't aware of any mid-January changes.
