In January of this year I received a 1 for opened cases for items not received
a customer opened the case to inform me that an item had not arrived ( it was 3 weeks after it was sent)
opened it at noon I saw it at 12:30 pm
wrote him back agreeing it was taking to long to arrive and I was going to refund him all costs as soon as I sent him that message
went back to review the case and it was closed. I did this just before I was going to refund him so the refund was not sent
shortly after got a message from him saying it had arrived in the days mail about 25 minutes after he opened the case so cancelled it thanked me for the transaction and left a Positive
thought it was over
few days later noticed a rating of 1 had been left but could not figure out what it was for
did not figure it out til they introduced the new page
talked to a ebay rep that day and she said it could not be removed
I could understand the rating If I had not done something about it but it was resolved in 45 minutes from the time the case was open and all it took was for CP to deliver it
not a biggie but it has been bothering me some
a few nights ago contacted ebay about a question I had on my other ID
quick question fast response
thought what the heck lets try that low rating on this id again
explained it once again the agent looked at it said it should not have happened and removed it
talked to her for awhile and she said there needs to be some tweaking done on this new rating system
