How can I add a winning bid to my shopping cart to pay for other items as well?

If I win a bid but I have some "Buy Now" items in my cart, how can I pay for them all together?

When you click on the pay button, eBay will list all the items, of the same currency, you have agreed to purchase.

CDN and U.S. currency payments are done individually.
