First # is the USD (US dollar)

Second# is the CAD (Can dollar)

Third # is the conversion factor as well as paypal conversion fees?

C 6.41 is Ebays guide on foreign currency based on Bloomberg. It is not a buy/sell currency rate.

PayPal charges a 2.5 % conversion fee at payment.

And the exchange rate changes constantly from minute to minute.

Even if you ask at your branch, if you go across the street to the credit union you may get a different rate, And yet another at the Currency Exchange shop down the block.

And another when you go back to your bank, because their head office changed the rate.
