Hi there, I closed my store in late Jan partly because of the fee increase, and partly because we went on vacation and didn't want to keep it open.
When I came back, I found sales had gone down, traffic was slow, bid was low. Then I re-opened my store again on .com (used to be on .ca). Traffic seemed to picked up a lot. But they only want to bid on my items. No one is buying directly from my store.
How can I get them from bidding to buying directly from my store? Any suggestions please?
Thanks!

Lower your prices? 🙂
Seriously, though, it seems like your prices are far above your bids. Your completed auctions seem to be closing everywhere from $8 to $12, and your buy-it-nows in your store are at $27. That's a very large gulf. I'd bid too, since it seems your store prices are too high for this market.

Your auction links to you store appear to be broken. Could it be because you moved your store from .ca to .com?
My store sales represent 62% of my overall sales with this ID. You might consider doing a few things:
a) don't list everything as an auction and use an image instead to words to link and invite people to visit your store.
b) change your auctions to immediate payment required fixed price. This accomplishes two things - it eliminates NPBs from your expensive listings and it drives all buyers that want to purchase multiple items or use money orders to your store.
c) never make you store prices higher than your regular listings. If anything they should be equal or lower and most educated buyers know this.
Good Luck!

Great suggestions! Please keep it coming. Question: I am afraid that if my auction price is not low enough, I can't attrack people to view my listing. It seems that a lot of people just search by the lowest price.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Of course they search by the lowest price -- it's eBay. You have to provide value above and beyond that and become known for it if you ever want to go over.
Service, low S&H, high feedback.
It's difficult to not be the 'lowest price' and still survive for any length of time on eBay... especially with the fee increases.

Nan 55,
I notice a couple of things you've done on your listings that I really like: 1. The link for people to make you one of their favorites, and 2. The link for people to send you e-mail to your e-mail account. How do you do that? I'm thinking I'm HTML illiterate...
Cheers,
Steve
