You are buying from 2 different sellers, is that it? Or is it one seller using 2 separate user IDs?
You say they have agreed to combine shipping, - do they know each other? Or is it really just one person?
Well, whether they simply know each other, or are the same person with 2 user IDs, you will not be able to anticipate a single invoice from 2 separate identities.
So then what each seller (or ID) can do is reduce the shipping fee on each item to reflect the combined total. You will then have 2 invoices, each with a lowered shipping fee, and you pay both of them. You can pay both at once at the checkout, but there is no way 2 different user IDs can combine a single invoice.
Where is your seller(s) located? You will want to get the specifics of your agreement with each clearly stated in your emails. If you just assume the best and then bid, you will be responsible to pay for both invoices, even without the altered fee. You have a low feedback score and there are sellers who will take advantage of this and tell you anything. Then if you wait for a refund of the difference, you will wait a long time.
Yours is an unusual request, but I suppose if it were the same person (or relatives) and one sold you a book and another a knapsack, it is quite possible the could mail them together. Talk to your seller(s) and be sure they each/both agree to lower the fee after you win that second auction.
