How do you leave feedback for an item that is no longer listed in the feedback list?

I have not received the items yet, but they are no longer in the feedback list. How do I leave feedback when I do receive them?

Feedback can only be left for up to 60 days from the end of the auction.

If the item has been pulled by ebay or the seller has been NARUed you cannot leave feedback.
