I am tiring to find my purchase records from 2012 and 2013

I purchase a wall mount range hood and I need to contact the seller to find out where to get repairs for it.

I can't find any of my records for this purchse

You have to be sitting at a desktop computer for starters. Go to purchase history and there is a drop-down menu at top right. Select the year you want and you should find the item you are looking for.... as long as it's between 2014 and 2016.

Can you check your email from that far back? All of mine are saved.

Or look on your Paypal account . You'll have to set some date parameters for the search.

Or if there is a brand name on the hood, or in the instruction booklet, use Google.

EBay sellers are rarely certified sellers of such equipment and don't have any relationship with the manufacturer.

If you paid through paypal you can go through your old transactions, and you can narrow down the time ranges -- but it won't show what you bought until you look at the actual details.  So if you have a lot of purchases, it will help if you have a rough idea of how much it cost when you go looking. Actual details include seller email (which might not be active any more), title of the eBay listing, and a few other details.

If you left feedback on eBay for the seller, you can look at the your Feedback left for others. and select All for the time range. Since eBay privatized feedback a few years back it can be pretty useless as it only displays titles for the things you sold rather than bought (plus it doesn't show dates any more).

I tend to personalize the responses I leave for the stuff I buy, so I'm able to pick out some of the things I bought based on the feedback I left. Seller IDs are displayed, so you might check to see if there is one that jogs your memory. If they are still active, you can check to see what they currently have for sale as a cross-check.
