I bought a digital pic. on ebay and can not seem to open and save to my picture file. All I can save is the thumbnail size. Can someone tell me what to do to download the full size I bought.

As far as I know, most of those selling "digital pictures" are really selling feedback. The picture is irrelevant to both buyer and seller.

You are not protected by PP or eBay on digital purchases.
