I am new to ebay and i bid on some things from Chine that said free shipping and it ships to world wide, but then i read the shipping details and it says to US on every product. I live in Iceland so does that mean i have to pay the cost from US shipping to Iceland or from China to Iceland?
It said free shipping everywhere though.
Am i going to be charged for shipping if it doesnt say any shipping price but only free shipping?
It said:
shipping: free shipping- other (ePackage from china)

It will be free shipping. Most Asian sellers use US currency, or list US shipping options on their listing. Your item will be shipping by the specific country's postal system to your location. It's not surprising for some parcels to take up to a month or more to arrive.

I buy a lot of junk from China... I've gotten things in just over a week and at the same time, I've gotten things that have taken 3 months. You have to be patient.

Under the Shipping and Handling tab  enter Iceland from the drop down.

If it says Free, you will not have to pay any  shipping.

I wouldn't expect much delay either, since the parcel would probably go from China to Europe (Netherlands? Denmark?) and then on to Iceland. And as you know, your country is in heavy use as a trans-Atlantic stop.

There may be duty and sales tax, which you would pay to the Icelandic Post Office.
