I can't find a way to actually contact an agent on EBay???

I just won bids on a bunch of items where it clearly states in the listing heading that it is beads WITH earrings (interchangeable jewelry) - I sent a message to be sure & he says it's just for the earrings with nothing to go in them?  I bought a pile of them & am now trying to contact EBay to see if it's just due to different languages or if they are indeed describing & showing one thing in title/pic and selling something wayyyyy less.  Now I don't want to pay for them until I know for sure & the resolution center is for after you have purchased.  Any thoughts on how to contact someone in EBay about this BEFORE I have paid but AFTER I have won the bids.  I'm not spending a pile of $ until I get an answer.

Thanks in advance!!!

First, ask the seller to cancel your purchase because of the misunderstanding.

Ask in English and then use Google Translate to move your request into his language. Post both.

If he sends the request, agree immediately. Both of you will be released from the transaction and can leave feedback.

If he refuses, he can open an Unpaid Item Dispute, which takes over a week to resolve. If you do not pay, you get a Strike on your buying account. Two of those and you will find it difficult to bid on eBay since many sellers have an automatic Block on bidders with Strikes. On the other hand, you can request eBay to remove the first Strike because it is your first and everyone makes mistakes. Neither you nor the seller will be able to leave feedback.
