You can list on eBayCANADA and Brazilian customers will be able to find you, but think about shipping.
On eBayCA you have the ability to use CanadaPost rates and if your products have to go parcel rate, this allows you to use Calculated Shipping. CS automatically takes the weight and dimensions you upload, compares them with the AIR MAIL shipping service you have chosen and adjusts the shipping fee your overseas customer will see, whether she is in Brazil or Australia or Qatar.
On eBayCOM, you will find more overseas customers, but you will have to use Flat Rate Shipping from a Non-US Destination. This is more limited, but you can put in different Flat Rates for Europe and for North and South America.
The latter is a stinker, because using NSA as shipping destination overrides USA as a destination and will show your US customers the same rate as your Brazilian customers. A much higher rate than necessary.
Use US dollars as your currency of choice. The world knows the US dollar.
I'm going to assume that you can write in Portugese. If your market is Brazil, do so. You can even do a side by side English/Portugese listing with a little HTML coding.
Otherwise, go to the top of this page and click on SELL. That will give you the Sell Your Item page. Take your time. Open all of the Options links and see what they offer.
Use metric measurements.
Good Luck!
