I have a tracking number but cant seem to use it to track my shipment . It says to go to ebay and as guest and put in number but is not working . Any suggestions

If it's a tracking number, that is only useful on the site of the carrier, like Canada Post or UPS or FedEx, for example.

My suggestion is that you not worry about tracking numbers. If you bought something cheap from China it isn't a REAL tracking # anyway but an accounting number. At least it means your item is on its way.

These days the mail is extremely slow and new buyers can never believe how slow it is. What you need to know is that if the item does not arrive at all you have 30 days after the LAST date of delivery to file a claim for refund on eBay.

On PayPal you have 180 days from when you paid.

thank you but how am I supposed to know who the carrier is to track my shipment ?

Ideally, the shipper is supposed to provide the name of the carrier to you with the tracking number. Otherwise, you can try random ones to see if any fit.

What is or was your Estimated Delivery Date? If it's passed, open an Item Not Received case. Don't accept an offer to replace, that's often (but not always) merely a stall tactic. Get your refund. And then you can buy another with equal protection under the Moneyba l Guarantee.
