I bought two items way back in August of this year. The seller lives in Belgium, so i assumed that it would take a fair amount of time to receive my items. It is now almost December, and after sending 5 messages to the seller, i haven't gotten a response. I tried to open a case, but its been well over 45 days. How do i fix this? contacting Ebay by phone has gotten me no where.

Hi rusty_808,
Unfortunately there isn't much of a recourse past the 45 day period, at least not eBay. For future reference, please make sure you file a dispute before this time is up to avoid these issues.
Thanks,

at least not eBay
If you actually paid from your credit card, using Paypal as the processor, you can call the 1-800 number on the card about a chargeback.
Have all your dates, prices and transaction numbers handy for the clerk to process the refund.
Although cards have longer deadlines than eBay/Paypal, they do have deadlines so act immediately.
