I live in Canada but I would like to ship to a shipping outlet in the United States. This would allow me to bid on items that do not ship internationaly and enjoy free shipping in other cases.

You should be aware that if you do manage to have items shipped to a US address,you will still have to pay GST,PST/HST and possible duty when you bring them back to Canada,unless they will fall under the duty free allowance given to travelers returning to Canada. Check with Customs on that point.
