Open an Item Not As Described Dispute.
The first suggestion is to Contact the Seller.
Don't get caught up on this.
All you want from him is either a Return Shipping Label followed by a refund, or an immediate refund.
You do NOT want a replacement.
Either it won't arrive or it will be no improvement.
If you don't get that RSL or refund ask eBay to step in and escalate to a Claim.
The seller will then be told to send you an RSL and to refund you when he receives it.
If the seller does not provide an RSL or refund, eBay will refund you and go after him for their money.
You have up to 30 days from delivery to do this. Act today.
