I gave negative feedback to a potential buyer for a transaction that went wrong. He wanted out and his reasons were faulty. Thus he countered with negative feedback, has brought it up with eBay, and is writing me tomes 'educating' me.
I thought feedback was about how one felt a transaction went. I felt this transaction went horribly wrong. (it did end up being cancelled) Am I wrong in voicing my opinion?

Hi .. Yes you are as far as feedback is concern simply because ebay does not allow. Sellers can only leave a positive and that positive cannot contain negative comment..
Not allowed
We don't allow Feedback comments that contain
Negative statements left for a buyer that conflict with the positive rating.
